Search Terms
When a visitor types a name, place, or other search detail into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Orange County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email us or send a contact message, we may keep the information needed to read, route, and answer it. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless we are required to do so by law.
Information Collected During Visits
Like most websites, this site may receive basic technical data when pages load, including:

This site links to sheriff, jail, Indiana SAVIN, VINELink, IDOC, MyCase, BOP, ICE, government, and third-party search resources. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy and terms of that outside website control how your information is handled.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and serve interest-based ads. That tracking is handled on their systems, not through an official Orange County government record system.

We do not sell personal data as a standalone product. Information may be available to these parties when needed:
